Step one turn off the news

Step two understand that everything from your earliest education has been conditioning from conditioned people to believe in a system that pretends it protects you and has your best interest, but thrives by you accepting that you are not free.

Step three find your unique power and your voice that lives within you. You cannot find it in the outside world, or from anyone around you. Create a life of freedom and abundance through self awareness, mindfulness, and self-enterprise.

Step four others see your freedom and ease and further recognize that they are slaves to a system, they decide to change too.

Step five eventually enough people wake up that understanding our individual power is an undeniable movement. The lies from The Powers that Be become more and more obviously fabricated and insidious. It eventually, with time, falls apart.
