Theory.. The 6 foot social distance conditioning is required for the future microchip tracking system to differentiate people's GPS location.

Civilian GPS is only accurate to 1 meter. When many signals are close it would probably be hard to differentiate.

This exercise is a great way to condition the livestock in a way that better suits the electric fence being built around them.
