Norwegian food
Food has always been a big part of me since i was really smal, and started at a early age to spend time in the kitchen. I used to look down the pots, and asked a lot of questions. I have seen a lot of posts on Steemit about food, so I wanted to make a post about Norwegian food. People her have also told me to write more about Norway. Rakfisk First up is the Rakfisk, and is basically rotten fish. Its made of trout or salmon, sometimes other types of fish. The fish is salted and put on barrels, to let it fermented up to a year. some add a little bit of suger to speed up the prosess.
