My son, Joshua, cooked these "tahong" seashells with kangkong vegetable the other day for lunch.

Smelled good! but I did not taste it or eat. The rheumatologist said I must avoid all seafoods. Ho my, just until smell now.

After the fluid extraction from my right knee...many foods I can't eat. Imagine all my fave I can't eat at the moment.

So, guys devour what you desire to eat while still young,
