70% of the profit – to the Partner / 30% of the profit – to the Company
Minimal franchise payment (MFP) = $29 / month (regardless of how much profit the ATM makes). For 10 years = $3,480
Upon reaching the total sum of franchise payments in the amount of $5,000 per one location within the duration of lease, the partner is exempt from last payment requirement.
MFP grace period = 2 months from the time the equipment is received by the partner
Provision of cash flow by the partner in order to maintain continuous operation of KrypATM network
During all period of the franchise agreement, the partner is obliged to use the KrypNet platform.
