Moments of Silence and Introspection - D. Pedro II Square - Petrópolis - Rio de Janeiro

Meeting Point for Everyone

This is the famous D. Pedro II Square, in the middle of the city of Petrópolis, where everyone meets to talk or to head to other places near downtown.

These pictures were taken two weeks ago, the day was not as beautiful as it is showing today, but I could feel the good energy and vibes from all people sitting in the benches of the square. I also sat in one of them and started glancing here and there, figuring out what to picture and what my lenses would keep for posterity.

But I realized I needed that moment of peace and introspection. I needed to feel the environment and everything else around me. I needed to lose myself to find me again on another stage. I needed to recharge batteries.... and I did!
