PROMOTING GOLOS POST

I have been in golos community for a period of time now and I have seen how friendly golos Community is in liking your posts. but I am having a challenge on how to go about #promoting post.

I have searched about golos post #promotion on google but all to no success. So I decided to bring it openly to this honourable golos community to help me out.

I need a step wise guide on how to do it. how to convert and which of the token/coin is used for #promotion, and who is the best to #promote a post.
