A new world token || Overview of the Arcs-chain project

Big Data can be understood as very large amounts of data on internet protocol traffic such as internet user accounts, banking transaction data, sales transactions, stellar images, GPS, camera recorders, logs, user communications, trillions of posts, personal documents, Government documents, company documents, organization documents, videos, pictures, MP3 audio, email data, data providers and their customers, online games and other internet applications. Referring to very large and complex data so that storage and processing with traditional database applications is no longer adequate. Processing with traditional database applications for example is processing using MySQL database, MsSQL and the like. Thus, there is a need for a solution to some problems that require distributed systems for storage or computing needs because a problem can no longer be solved in one machine (single node / host) and the ability of the machine can no longer be scaled up. One of the main features of the big data tool or framework is the partition, which can answer the problem. But it is not a solution to all problems. Partitions themselves have some fairly binding limitations (strict) so that not all data models or computing problems can be solved with big data technology.
As if to conclude that Big Data can do anything, but it's actually not that simple. For simplicity we can divide Big Data into some of the following topics:

About AIre
Alre company will be responsible for the issuance of ARCS. At the same time, we will set up a new ARCS Foundation and lock 50% of all issued ARCS up as foundation assets. As a result, we are going to build a third-party system which can use assets effeciently for society and users, instead of a centralized token management. IFA pledges to dilute centralized control and contribute the whole society.
ARCS is basiclly a token which relies on the Ethereum platform. However, the operating situation of the Ethereum platform is about to reach its limitation, which has provoked alarm about its future prospects. Of course, there is still a great chance of improving the situation. Nevertheless, we are considering reissuing ARCS by using a potential and highly scaled platform compared to the current platform.
AIre is an ecosystem centered around data banks and their users.It provides functionality
for data banks so that they can operate effectively and transact with businesses and individuals.This section outlines AIre, its functionality, and its business model. It also includes a description of measures to prevent data tampering by using blockchain technology and interconnected data bank hubs.
AIre comprises of three main functionalities: information input, information storage, and information utilization. Data banks are at the core of the system for storing data, and APIs enable facilitation and orchestration of data flow. AIre can handle different data sources and manage data ownership, for example, fragmented data from different sources can be linked to
rightful user identities in the data bank. As a result, users can manage their data in one integrated network.

Solution
AIre solves the problem of inefficient data use.Currently, each company only stores and uses a
portion of the information its users leave online.Therefore, a complete and accurate profile of users cannot be collected. Users generally have negative feedback on the current use of their
data because the information and/or recommendations they receive as a result of it being used
are often inaccurate
To solve these issues, AIre enables unified management of user data which allows for data to
be used with consent and data rights protected. We believe that this mechanism can provide a
wide range of application services for users. We refer to the interface which can offer these
services as a “next-generation bank” . The next generation bank is a comprehensive digital
wallet necessary for the coming era of digital transformation.
AIre tokenizes valuables as security tokensthrough the data bank, such as stocks, real
estate, art, etc., and makes payments/transfers using cryptocurrencies. Further details.

Market Size
AIre targets a wide variety of markets, the two main markets are: the information industry market, AIre's information banking initiative will target this market; and the financial refugee market, as described in the “future development” section. To give an example, a decentralized digital identity (DID) infrastructure can be developed by utilizing data stored in an information
bank. As a result, it is possible to target unbanked people who do not have access to financial markets since they do not currently have a digital identity.

AIre provides functionality for the management and storage of various data structures in “data banks”, which are essentially a business to monetize data. Network participants can access
and build on AIre via custom-built applications or directly through proprietary APIs. This provides a flexible framework which makes it easy for companies to build their business scenarios and applications with powerful insights from data analytics.

Business model

• IFA will collect fees from third parties when they access user data in data banks. To attract more third parties to use the data bank infrastructure, it is necessary to collect more extensive user data. Therefore, by distributing tokens to users as an incentive, users are incentivized to input more information.
• Third parties can acquire data from the data bank to drive their analytics. The data bank will be a cheaper alternative to traditional data aggregators and fully compliant since users give consent and are rewarded.
• Users will be rewarded based on the volume, type, and quality of the data they store. Rewards will be distributed each time data is acquired, which will motivate users to input more useful data into the data bank. Rewards come as payment tokens which can be used as a payment method when using AIre service applications provided by third parties

Future development

ARCS is the native token of AIre. It can be held in wallets that support the ERC-20 token standard and be traded on exchanges which list ARCS. It will fluctuate according to market conditions. ARCS is mainly used for the following purposes:
