I am @noisy from Steem, and I have few questions :)

I bought some GOLOS today. I am considering power-up, but I would like to know whether powering-down here also takes 13-weeks like in Steem or maybe it is 104 weeks?

Also, what is current effective inflation per year in Golos and what is effective inflation for Golos-Power holders?

PS. I am from Poland, I speak Polish and English, but unfortunately I do not know Russian.
