These chocolate cookies, big and thick, which contain melted chocolate, butter, egg and sugar. you can feel graceful silky smooth chocolate, and the mix of all the ingredients , the full body tastes intoxicating and it will make you full of surprise.

Serving with black tea is your good afternoon tea in a day. You can adjust the amount of sugar according to your flavor.

Ingredients:
Cake flour 170 g
Cocoa powder 10 g
Butter 105 G
Sugar 40 g
Egg 30 g
Chocolate 30 g
White chocolate 30 g

Method:
1、Cut the butter into many pieces and place them in a large mixing bowl. Soften the butter and add in sugar, whisk it until fluffy and pale.

2、Add egg to the bowl in three times and mix well.

3、Sifted all the dry flour and place them in the bowl.

4、Stir it well with a rubber scraper and form a dough. Cover and cool it in freezer for about 1 hour.

黑白巧克力饼干

今天这款又大又厚的饼干,融入了巧克力的丝滑,黄油的酥香,蛋与糖的甜润,多重层次与滋味交织在一起,每一块都是醇美醉人,咬上一口更会让你惊喜万分。

配上红茶,简简单单的就可以作为一天美好的下午茶了。配方中糖的含量可根据自己口味随意调整。时间紧的话,面团不冷藏也可以。

原料:
低筋面粉 170 g
可可粉 10 g
黄油 105 g
糖 40 g
鸡蛋 30 g
巧克力 30 g
白巧克力 30 g

做法:
1、黄油室温软化,加糖粉打发至蓬松,发白即可。
2、分3次加入蛋液,搅拌均匀。
3、筛入所有面粉。
4、用刮刀搅拌均匀,和成一个面团。盖上保鲜膜放入冰箱冷藏1小时。
5、巧克力隔水加热溶化。
6、取出面团,分割成不同的小份,揉匀,按扁。我在里面包入少许黑巧克力酱。
7、烤盘铺上油纸,烤箱预热160度。
8、把他们排入烤盘,烘烤20分钟即可。
9、随意在表面挤入巧克力酱的各种造型。
