4 Golden rules to stay healthy
Hey all , hope doing good . Today i want to tell you about how to remain healthy , you just have to follow these four rules , i assure you that if you follow these 4 Golden rules you will not fall sick .
1 Drink a glass of little warm water right after getting out of bed . Some of you might say that how can we eat or drink anything before brushing our teeth , so let me tell you that our mouth secrets saliva which is a most important medicine for our stomach . Our stomach contains acid and it should remain neutralize for healthy body and since saliva is basic in nature so it neutralize the acid .
2 Never drink water just after having meal , rather i would say maintain a gap of at least 1 hour . As soon as we eat something the acid present in our body starts digesting it and if we drink water at that time then burning(digestion) process stops and food will not get digested properly , due to which problems of gas in stomach , indigestion and many more starts arising.
3 Never drink too cold water because our body cant digest it easily .
4 Always drink water sip by sip just like we drink tea or coffee , because by drinking sip by sip the saliva that our mouth secrets after every second goes to our stomach and neutralizes the acid , which helps to remain healthy.
