Another gift from Holy God, A new borne kitten

On today morning, I saw a mother cat holding one small kitten and removing her from one side to another side in my garden at the back yard.
Well, as I have already one small kitten and now it is little bigger and it has a skin infection, I hold this lovely kind heart kitten in a recovery box with food till she grows up and can fight her livings other cats.
I was so sad, that i kept her outdoors but its OK, she has full service food and water and good protecting plastic box from the younger and older wild cats in our back yard...
actually we have more than 18 cats as i have counted them.
returning back to the mother and her kitten, last night i was feeling sad and lonely, the on today I said to myself, that, the younger one is in the box outside, so when i am back from my work, i will search for any abundant small kittens in the back yard, and I did it, I found one small nice blond yellow kitten newly born and she was away from her "nest" and her mother did not bother my presences near to her kitten.
I took it, I think its age is only 20 days, but she is so strong, and her paws are long and stgrong too.
then the process of cleaning began, water with shampoo and SHC solution to disinfect her, cleaning her skin from any fleeces ( I have removed more than 15 fleeces ) but there was one strong fleece That I could not remover it from the cat's skin and it hided , but no problem i will keep searching .
after the hot bath, I dried this small adorable kitten by hot air dryer and it was very interesting to blow my breaths in her face to begin loving me as her"new mother"
then she calmed down and it is time for feeding her the milk to sleep as you know well, these small kittens like to sleep several hours after good hot milk meal, but she is so young that it can not drink milk directly, so I used a medical 3 ml medical injection without the needle to feed her three times milk ( 9 ml ) and I know it might be too much but as I believe she was not having any milk from her mother since few hours.
Nevertheless , she is now full, sleeping happily in her worm bed inside my flat.

this is the first day for this kitten with me.
