I am not a big fan of the 'automatic cancelling of witness votes'. Not because of my own position (I think I will drop out of the Top 19 very soon), but because of stability for the network and tiring witnesses & 'regular' users with having to pro-actively ask people again & again to vote for their witnesses. If the HF will move the platform forward, but I would first like to see some results. Also I think it would be best to limit features per HF, whether it is about introducing UIA now and reward curve changes later in future forks. I'd love to see a featureset being 'closed' and moving on the other upgrades of the platform. Especially since the hardfork was already due last summer and then there was not all this discussion about it. Still I am not pro the cancelling of witness votes, but it happens that there is already consensus about that?
