WorkChain is a centralized platform that allows a freelancer and an employer to find each other.
It is independent and includes an account and a reputation system. With the help of this employer and employee have the opportunity to work together and enter into confidential smart contracts.
Workchain platform creates favorable conditions for the interaction of freelancers and their clients. The main goal of the project is to create a safe and efficient ecosystem through which all customers in the world can interact. It is desirable that the freelancer be in direct contact with the client with whom he works. However, this does not happen often, primarily because of problems with trust. Consequently, these parties often resort to centralized freelance sites. While these platforms offer a convenient way to interact and resolve payment issues, it has significant drawbacks. A website usually takes up a significant portion of the cost of work as a service charge, funds are not released instantly, and access to payment is severely limited, especially in developing countries. Finally, all disputes are resolved by the mediator, which means that the arbitration process can not be objective.
The Workchain platform will use the following measures to combat issues hampering the freelancing industry:
