Colletrix - company overview

Colletrix is supported by a talented team from UNDONE, Animoca Brands, Future Arena and Bitwork Accelerator. The goal of the project is to revolutionize intellectual property ownership by providing protection and continued value to IP owners through tokenization, while providing merchandisers and consumers with confidence in the authenticity of their purchased products. UNDONE will share their experience in the field of merchandising, to demonstrate the advantages of the technology of the blockchain for goods, Animoca Brands will present their extensive network of owners of IP and blockchain technologies and gamification, and the Future Arena will use its broad portfolio of sports and entertainment IP-addresses - all to create a dynamic ecosystem of creation of IP, trade and physical merchandising using blockchain technology.

In the future, in addition to its IP tokenization business model, Colletrix will explore the possibility of redefining the market value of products using basic authentication technology. With the integration of the digital asset and traditional goods, the addition of the value of the digital asset over and above the original collectible value of the goods will result in an entirely new collectible value of the goods.

Colletrix will explore the development of NFT and new technologies to verify the authenticity of goods, providing proof of ownership and authentication using blockchain technology, which makes counterfeiting completely powerless.

Through the Colletrix platform, we aim to create new market value with the integration of IP tokenization. With the introduction of NFT, we will combine the old economy and the new economy. Consequently, we will empower all IP owners and creators around the world to create a longer term license for their IP6; and for merchandisers, we will offer them the new market value of their physical goods through the use of blockchain, maximizing the attractiveness and benefits of their products. The inclusion of NFT will stimulate collectors ' interest by giving them easy access to the cryptocurrency market and opening up new business opportunities such as franchising.

Originally Colletrix will work with the UNDONE, Animoca Brands and Future Arena for the development of a number of unique watches as a product and insert them in the NFC chip at the Assembly stage. Each of these NFC chips will contain a unique private key and other information to redeem the corresponding ERC-721 (NFT) token on the platform. Once the customer has purchased the watch, he can use the NFC reader on his phone to scan the watch and get the private key. It can then go to the platform to redeem the associated NFT (visualized IP design) using the private key.

When a customer buys out an NFT, he gets ownership of the digital asset as well as the physical asset of the watch. All information about the owner is uploaded to the Ethereum network, where everyone can check the data. The owner can also view his visualized NFT (corresponding to the IP design of his watch) directly on the platform. The owner may decide to keep his NFT (for evaluation in case of limited release of designer goods) or sell it on the NFT marketplace to another person. NFT can be purchased with both CIPX and other cryptocurrencies in the NFT Marketplace. The original owner of the design IP will receive an assigned license fee as a reward for the trade and all subsequent trade of the NFT, which will be part of the trade price agreed by the seller and the buyer of the NFT.

Colletrix will produce your own system token Token Colletrix. CIPX is a cryptocurrency supported by the Ethereum network with the ERC-20 standard. Consequently, all cipx-related records can be viewed by Ethereum researchers. As trade cryptocurrencies CIPX can be used in many situations, but primarily and originally used when purchasing the NFT, the NFT is released via the Marketplace.
