SURFING

Surfing is a surface water sport in which the wave rider, referred to as a surfer, rides on the forward or deep face of a moving wave, which is usually carrying the surfer towards the shore. Waves suitable for surfing are primarily found in the ocean, but can also be found in lakes or rivers in the form of a standing wave or tidal bore. However, surfers can also utilize artificial waves such as those from boat wakes and the waves created in artificial wave pools.

The sport of surfing is completely based on the types of maneuvers surfers make while riding the waves. Some of the common types of maneuvers are, cutbacks, carving, floater, tube ride, and top-turn.

To help athletes engage in surfing, even when there is no such possibility, LIPCHAIN also planned to build LIPWAVE Pool Centers, which will offer Olympic training conditions during the year. Where at least 100 athletes will surf each single hour by generating a wave every six to eight seconds for an hourly fee. The first LIPWAVE center will be built in Portugal, and the place for the second one will be decided by transparent voting of the LIPCHAIN community. Also in plans is the creation of an ecological resort around the center.

LIPCHAIN: LEVERAGING BLOCKCHAIN TECHNOLOGY

Since blockchain is a decentralized public ledger that is both immutable and infallible, it serves as a very reliable means of recording data. Therefore, in the world of sports, where billions of health data points are generated every day, blockchain can serve as an effective way of collecting data and transferring them for further analysis.

In the case of LIPCHAIN, the use of blockchain decentralized ecosystem will provide transparency on the voting process and result of LIPCHAIN video contest and athletes rating within the platform. In addition, LIPCHAIN is developing its own wallet with biometric identification and a high speed blockchain.

LIPCHAIN: THE USING OF CRYPTOCURRENCY

The LIPCHAIN platform will use a cryptocurrency token, namely LIPS (symbol: LIPS). LIPs token has a particular рurроѕе whісh is as a payment medium and will be used for reward and sponsorship on the LIPCHAIN platform. The token holders will also receive discounts for internal surfing resorts and other platform services. A great advantage is also the lack of fees for the implementation of transactions using tokens within the platform.

The LIPS coin will be derived from a standard Ethereum ERC20. It's means that LIPS can be held, sent and received by any ERC20-compatible wallet. The token total supply is - 1,000,000,000 LIPS. Tokens will be allocating in the following manner:

LIPCHAIN provides surfers with sponsors, unofficial competitions, and year-round training. LIPCHAIN also provides a platform where surfers can earn tokens for participating and practicing their favorite sport while contributing to the objective of cleaner oceans. The community will also offer users with access to the global surfing and sailing community and the necessary tools required in selecting an athlete for sponsorship and providing the sponsor with smart contracts for securing the deal.
