Ethic Hub universalizes access to global financial market, connecting investors to solvent projects. It offers a wide portfolio of investment opportunities, listed upon its risk ratings and at the same time allowing access to small producers.

MISSION

Only productive projects are financed because they generate value (opposite to credit for consume that generates debt).
Lack of credit for harvesting has a negative impact on food production. On initial stage team will focus on this target.

As EthicHub is aimed to improve the conditions of unbanked farmers, our strategy cannot be based on token collateralised credits because our borrowers don't have such tokens. That's why we propose a Guarantee Fund to mitigate the default risk. Every loan should pay a percentage to this fund to cover in case of default. This percentage will adjust as the default rate evolves on the platform.

The solution consists on connecting groups of small farmers from developing countries with lenders in markets with excess liquidity. This allows lenders to obtain high returns for their money, while farmers obtain better interest rates and a credit history.

Investors have the freedom of choice between highly profitable projects in developing countries. The platform provides access to better reward-vs.-risk investment opportunities, which are usually found in those countries.

Small and unbanked producers can benefit from lower interest rates, due to greater financing supply and take advantage of a stored credit history on the Blockchain. More liquidity allows them to improve productivity, a higher profit from labour and as a result a better quality of life.

Financial intermediation is eliminated through Blockchain developed SmartContracts, allowing for faster, more efficient and safer payments. This operating cost reduction enables an increasing profit margin, benefiting mainly borrowers and investors.
SmartContracts with automatically regulated timelocks (defined time span to gather total loan amount), P2P transferences between borrower and crowdfunders (multiple investors), payment times and loan rates for the borrower as well as distribution of profits for investors, Local Nodes and Ethic Hub.
Money is directly transferred without involving a third party, not even LendingDev.
