[Plan Stan] - Concept Design Lombok432
2018 will be a year of planning and utility and road construction for the Lombok432 project.
To kick things off I will be sharing concepts and design ideas for various elements and to start I have the concept idea of the floor plan.
Hexagonal design concepts all built to the Golden Ratio.
Road construction starts next month and I will be working with the architects very soon.
Below is an idea what it will look like and I will share the final designs when they are done later in the year.
SUMMARY
Open space, minimalistic, functional and modern 4 level hexagonal multi story residence built to the golden ratio.
Gym room, main guest floor with 6 hotel style compact bedrooms, main premium guest floor with two master bedrooms and a viewing deck on the 4th floor.
4 meter ceilings, sky lights, 3 metre floor to ceiling windows, infinity pools and spas.
Simple style with elegance.
- Base Level - Gym Level + Storage Area
- 1st Level - 3 Staff Rooms
- 2nd Level - Geo Compact Rooms (6 Rooms)
- 3rd Level - Master Suites (2 rooms)
