[Reflection] - Rohan Transformation - A Worthy Mention

Lifting the equivalent to the literal body weight he has lost over the last 18 months.

In excess of 60kgs of unwanted fat!
He is a man on a mission and what a transformation he has made.
What he did:
- Counted calories and was mindful with food quality. Cut out all the crap.
- Trained once and very often twice per day (some cardio however a very dedicated weights resistance program)
- Recorded his workouts in a notebook
- Sacrificed time to do what he needed to do. Allocated effort and focus. More than 1 hour per day.
- Has not stopped or quit.
- Tried various supplements and different training methods to keep him connected to the journey and even did some personal training with me to mix up his training and push through plateaus.
- Maintained a great attitude, showed intent and embraced change.
Hats off! Great work.
Let this be a motivator to anyone who is at the bottom of the mountain.
The secret is to focus on how you want to feel and focus on nailing the daily routine that will support that feeling.
- Set a goal of intent
- Calorie deficit at the end of each day and the week for an extended period of time is a basic premise for weight loss.
- Energy in v's energy out is done with a mindful relationship between nutrition, water, mindset and movement.
- Nutrient dense foods starting in the morning. I suggest a green super protein shake with added goodies and stay away from traditional breakfast cereals, sugar, processed carbs and/or anything that has not worked for you in the past.
