Don't wait for you to be pushed
Hello everyone. I just want to charge us for the day and it might be useful for life. Don't wait for you to be pushed by anyone before you can move to achieve something for the day.
Wake up and have your plan ready, take a step at a time towards it and receive help from others to support you in achieving your aim for the day but never wait for someone to push you to start taking a step.
A push can be too hard that can cause a fall and it can be too small that you will need another push in each and every step.
The only push you can need is when the load is too heavy and you need someone to support your movement. So always remember to never wait for others to push you but yes you can accept a support/help with your activities and movement.
