Should I Power Up my 10k GOLOS ?

The changes coming in the next hardfork could turn GOLOS in to a much more social , social media website for the non-Russian speakers among us. I also like the 20 week powerdown. Long enough to be a commitment yet short enough to be reasonable. We will now get to post 8 posts per day before the payout penalty and have a week for posts to accumulate votes. This is important for the smaller English speaking community here as most of us don't sign in everyday yet.
