THE LOVE FOR ONES FAMILY

"Leadership is the greatest challenge in the 21st century in science, politics, education, and industry. But the greatest challenge of leadership is parenting. We need to do more more than just get our enterprise ready for the challenges of the 21st century. We also need to get our children ready for the challenges of the 21st century "
Those are the words of the famous JIM ROHN. I once watched on TV a coach who said it is easier being a coach than a father, because his athletes would do what he asked them to do and those who couldn't meet up would strive with all effort to meet up but his kids would do what he asked them to do only if they wanted to do it in the first place and most of the time they ended up doing the opposite of what he asked them to do. This confirmed the statement that the greatest challenge of leadership is parenting.
Jim Rohn went further saying "Your family and your love must be cultivated like a garden. Time, effort, and imagination must be summoned constantly to keep any relationship growing." This can be interpreted to mean the love of your family could drive you to do great things which will not only benefit your family but also benefit people around you.
Take for example, a young boy in a country where there is war would go to sign up to join the army so as to fight the enemy out of his country to protect his family. If they finally succeeded, not only has he spared his family, but his community and country at large.
