8 лет назадGun Control Advocates: Are They Really Anti-Gun?
What does the anti-gun crowd really represent? The dislike for guns, or the centralization of gun ownership?
If history were to tell us anything about centralized power and a weakened, coalesced population, is that it usually doesn't end well. I have read a few well-written articles on the issue by @thecryptofiend, which was taking an unbiased look at the argument. Although I enjoy impartiality, I am not going to fog anyone and tell them that I am impartial on this issue. The death by democide is one of the most unnatural causes of death over the past century.

Just taking a look at the individual's inability to stave off an out of control government, the statistics are frightening. As government always does, it historically focused on an undefended minority group, using propaganda to gain public support to alleviate those chosen people from being able to defend themselves. From Christians, political adversaries to Jews and others, many have felt the wrath of the overpowered and advantaged state against their defenseless numbers.
Before you think about gun control and how bad you want it, think about the millions that have died, if you can. You are not anti-gun, you just want a monopoly on who is able to have guns; those with a history of genocide known as governments.
" A single death is a tragedy; a million deaths is a statistic. " - Joseph Stalin
