Google Keyboard ‘Gboard’ Adds Bitcoin Symbol “₿” for Apple’s iOS Users

Now users can easily enter the bitcoin symbol, along with other currencies such as the dollar, Euro, ruble and others. To find the new feature, make sure you have the Gboard app installed instead of the standard Apple keyboard. After starting Gboard, press and hold the dollar sign.

A new feature appeared in Reddit, where it quickly gained popularity among supporters of bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies.

So far, the new bitcoin symbol is not available on Android, however, I think it's a matter of time.
