Tendermint: Blockchain Consensus

Once upon a time in 2017 was held a loud and very fast ICO called Cosmos. Their Atom token has not yet been released on any exchange, but not because the project has scammed, they just do not plan to release it until they launch the mainnet.

I wonder what promising projects BinanceChain and Minter are on their protocol Tendermint.
