My unrealized concept of manufacturing polymeric cylinders by winding on a mandrel.
A sheet of polymer is fed through the roller table to the mandrel. The mechanism of rotation of the mandrel is a clamp with a replaceable head (equal to the diameter of the mandrel). The end of the material is clamped and rotated together with the mandrel. The material is wound. The calculated length is cut off. Pressed by the second clamp, located on the frame. The seam is welded and the part is removed from the mandrel.
