My confectionery art !!! A pastry in a pear shape (original content)

hello steemians..Today I will show you one more creation of mine. :) It is a pastry in shape of pear!!

Inside it has patisserie cream and sponge cake with a little sugar syrup in order to be soft and melt in my customers mouth.

The green colour outside is white chocolate with green colour paste..(I cant use liquid color in chocolate because liquids destroys it) On the top I have put a stem made of chocolate and a leave of spearmint.

I made them in special silicone forms which has the shape of pear!!

I give them in the a la carte restaurant of the hotel I work and I make about 50 pieces everyday. I get very good comments and critics everyday from the customers of the restaurant so I decided to show you this piece of art too :)
