Raw vegan sugar-free carrot cake.

hello my friends..today I will show you a very healthy dessert.It i a raw vegan sugar free carrot cake ..ENJOY

RECIPE

For the base we will need :

• 100 grams almonds
• 100 grams walnuts
• 100 grams raisins
• 50 grams honey

 Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix them!! If your blender is not as powerful as mine mix the nuts first and then add the raisins and the honey.

Then work with your hand to make a  dough for our base.

 Now that our dough is ready press it with your hands in a cake pan to make it straight! and our base is ready :)

Ingredients for the cream.

• 550 grams carrots (cut them in small pieces) 
• 450 grams coconut  betel 
• 400 grams honey ( Depending on how much sweet you want your cream)
• 100 grams trimmed almond

put the carrots in the blender  and blend them for 1-2 minutes..

Then in a bowl put the trimmed carrots with the betel and mix them with your hands.

Then put the almonds and the honey and mix them very well...

When our cream is ready, put it above the base we made before

When you put it all straighten the cream with your hands..

 Now put in the refrigerator for 1 hour and the take the cake pan out..For decor I used betel. almond, 3 baby carrots and 2 triangles of chocolate that I have made before..And our sugar free ,raw,vegan carrot cake is READY!!!

If you don't use all the cream you made like me, you can make small balls with your hand and treat your friends..They are very tasty :)
